By creating an account or using iLernt, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must provide accurate registration information. Users under 13 may only use iLernt with verifiable parental consent, consistent with COPPA.

3. Your Content

You retain ownership of the reflections, artifacts, and other content you create. You grant iLernt a limited license to store and process this content solely to provide the service to you.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any artifacts you upload.

4. Acceptable Use

Do not misuse the platform: no unlawful content, no attempts to access other users’ data, no automated scraping, and no uploading of malicious files.

The AI Skills Coach is a coaching aid, not a substitute for professional, academic, or legal advice.

5. Digital Credentials

Badges issued by iLernt reflect demonstrated activity on the platform. They are provided as-is and do not constitute accreditation by any third party.

6. Availability & Changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes to these terms.

7. Disclaimers & Liability

The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, iLernt is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. On deletion, your data is removed subject to the grace period described in our Privacy Policy.
